Early days (pre-move/first few weeks)

Book a move-in and induction

If you’re moving into the building, or arranging for tenants to move in, please remember to book the move with Building Management (via concierge/BM). The building induction is typically provided as part of the move-in process, and if a move isn’t booked the induction may be missed.

Ensuring the move-in is booked helps new residents receive the relevant building information and guidelines from the start. It’s also the right process to follow when moving in/out large furniture and need a lift held for a period of time.

You and your apartment

Systems info/login sheet

Each apartment should have a systems info/login sheet, most can find it on the back of the door of their ‘comms’ cupboard (where you’ll find your router and other systems, such as that which controls your intercom).

It’s worth knowing what each section is for, as some are still relevant and others are no longer in use.

Precinct app (now decommissioned)

The Precinct app is no longer in use, so this section can be ignored.

Most functionality has either moved elsewhere or is now handled through the portal or concierge.

Car bay & storage

This section outlines:

Notes: If you have a stacker, make sure you understand how it operates before using it. Storage is typically either inside your apartment or near your car bay, depending on your lot.
